Recommended Use
21 g protein serving
Mix ±1 scoop (32 g) into 150-200 ml of cold water.
42 g protein optimal double serving
Mix ±2 scoops (62 g) into 350-400 ml of cold water.
- Shake well for 30 seconds and allow to settle for 60 seconds.
- Consume between 1-4 servings per day, depending on your physical goal and protein requirements.
Each serving contains 21g protein (from Wheat protein, Pea protein isolate, Watermelon seed protein and Pumpkin seed protein) and 3g glycaemic carbohydrate, with only 0,3g sugar.
